Ich möchte im Organizer andere Dateitypen - am liebsten alle - als nur Fotos und Videos sehen. Insbesondere die Premiere Elements .PREL Projektdateien. Und natürlich auch PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.

Ist das möglich?

No.  The Organizer is a database program that can only contain Photos, Videos, Audio and Elements Project files (such as slideshows).

Of course I know that and I understand it. That is my concern. Especially because "Elements Project files" are not displayed, as you suspect. Premiere Elements Project Files (*.prel) do not appear.
