I used Photoshop CS6 to pseudocolorig fluorescence signals from the microscope and then superimpose the signals onto chromosomes. I attach a video to show the procedure. I imported the Actions in Photoshop Elements and some of them work. Not the crucial one I need. How can I do the same thing step by spep now?

Thanks in advance

In order for an action created in Photoshop to work in Elements, it is necessary for the same command to be available in both programs.  Elements has fewer available commands than the full Photoshop which is presumably why some of your actions are not working.  In particular, Elements does not have a Blend If command.

There is a somewhat complex method to create a Blend If mode in Elements.  See this video tutorial

There is also a relatively cheap add-on program for Elements called Elements Plus which has a Blend If feature.  I don't know whether it will work with your .atn file, since, as I understand it, the program works by using other actions.
