can not import from canon eosd camera

to elements organizer 14  that is.

works fine from panasonic lumix dmc.

what's up with that?

Can you get the photos into a folder using Image Capture?

If so try using the Organizer menu:

File >> Get Photos & Videos >> From Files & Folders
