importing all my photos each time

Help, ive had no problem  importing photos from camera until today/ for some reason all my  photos were imported from camera, not just the ones taken today. how do I stop this?

If you click the Advanced Dialog button (bottom left) it should be possible select/deselect the items you wish to add.

I dont see an advanced dialogue tab. bottom left has rotate, edit etc.  I clicled on file, view etc at top and didn't see this anywhere???
