importing photos to elemenets14

I am trying to import photos but I am only getting 4 from my card .The camera says the card is full. I can view the photos on my camera but they wont import them to elements. hope this makes sense. Can anyone help

Try copying the photos first from the card into a new folder. Once the images are on your computer use the Organizer menu:

File >> Get Photos & Videos >> from Files & Folders

Then navigate to the new folder and select all (Ctrl+A) and cloick Open or Get Media
