Non si aprono film ottenuti con Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra,.
Il mio Photoshop Elements è del 2020.
I codec HEIF e HEVC sono correttamente installati
I file sono mp4, H265. Si aprono regolarmente in Windows 10 Pro 64bit, si visualizzano molto bene.
Su 7 files stranamente solo 2 si aprono.
Allego la nota di PEOrganizer quando cerco di importarli.
Come risolvere?
