Impossible d'ouvrir photoshop et premier elements

Bonjour,

Ma connexion sur internet est tonbée en panne pendant 48 heures, ce matin le technicien a remit la connexion qui maintenant fontionne trè bien.

Depuis, impossible d'ouvrir photoshop elemnets et première elements une fenêtre blanche s'ouvre et un curseur commence à touner puis fermeture immediate de cette fenêtre.

Ou est le problème??

My internet connection is down for 48 hours, this morning the technician put the connection back on and it is now working fine.

Since, impossible to open photoshop elemnets and first elements a white window opens and a cursor starts to turn and then immediately closes this window.

What's the big deal?

What OS and version of Elements are you using?

Since your internet connection was out, it is possible that you have been signed out of your account.  Which program are you trying to open (Organizer, Editor or Welcome screen)?

If you are able to open the Welcome Screen, are you able to open the Organizer?

If the problem is with opening the Editor, it is possible that the sign-in screen is hidden behind another window.  If you are on Windows, press Alt-Tab to see whether the sign-in screen appears.

Windows 10 64 bit et version 2020 pour les deux applications

Voila ce qui s'ouvre au lancement de l'application et ferme en deux secondes

J'ai désinstallé les deux applications, photoshop elements et premiere elements et réinstallé, même problème.

J'ai du réinstallé windows pour pouvoir faire refonctionner les deux applications, pas cool.

Si à chaque rupture de connexion je suis obligé de réinstaller windows par la faute des applications adobe, a l'avenir je serais plus vigilant lors de l'achat de logiciel.
