That's something you should have written down and stored in a safe place when you purchased PSE 11.

If you purchased it from Adobe & registered it online, it might be listed in your Account portal.

That's not how things work.  Your PSE 5 license doesn't give you access to PSE 11 or any other versions.  Sorry.

To be clear, with old versions such as PSE5 and PSE6, the license number was linked to your physical CD/DVD. No download available from Adobe. The best practice at that time was to create your own copy of the installation media as a backup and to take a note of the serial number linked to that installer software. Since that time, the license protection was managed on servers by Adobe and not linked to the CD/DVDs. So, if you bought the license directly from a download from Adobe, your download link as well as your installer was kept in your Adobe account.

Recently, the Adobe policy has changed, and only the most two recent versions are available for download if you don't have those downloads available on your account. In that case, you may have to call Adobe support to justify your purchase and license so that they can give you a download link.

So, for PSE5,  Adobe has absolutely no way to give you a download link or serial number.

That would break the licensing agreement. What you are asking for is not legal.
