Inability to print 4x6 in Elements 15

I upgraded to elements 15. Everything works great EXCEPT I cannot print 4x6 photopaper in Elements 15. I spent an hour with HP and they enabled me to print this size in the Microsoft program which is slow and not as good quality as elements 15. The HP tech said the problem lies in the elements 15 software, which frankly I do not beleive. This matter is quite urgent. I would be happy to give you access to my computer. A phone call to (telephone number deleted by moderator) would be appreciated as I am pretty sure you cannot deal with this without accessing my system. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Did you crop the photo to 4x6 prior to sending it to the printer?

Are you printing via Editor or Organizer?

Of course I cropped to 4 x 6, but did it in Editor. Will try in organizer and report back  Omri
