Include Franzis Denoise as add in to Elements 2018 filter library

Explorer ,
May 11, 2018 May 11, 2018

I have downloaded the Franzis Denoise projects 2. This is now located in one of my folders with a shortcut on the desktop.

The installation instruction indicated that I would be afforded an opportunity to install the program as an add on to Elements during installation.

I was not presented with the chance ( or possibly I missed the prompt ) and am now not able to include the add on into my Elements 2018 filter library.

Can any one help please.

File >Export is for scanning with the wia interface.
Rather use : File > Automation tools

Whis is used to run scripts and plug-ins (for me OnOne and Elements+)

I downloaded the trials of both Franzis Denoise projects 2 and DENOISE projects 2 professional and it seems only the professional version ships with the photoshop elements/photoshop plugins, which would then be listed under Filer>Franzis>DENOISE projects 2 professional.

Some of the other Franzis plugins do go under the Export menu, but not this particular one.

Hi again Jeff.

I managed to add my previous version of Denoise to the filter library of Elements 15.

With Elements 2018 so far no luck.

I am using Windows 10/

LATEST

Hi Jeff & Manuel,

I have downloaded the plug-ins but there is nothing for Elements 2018 only one for Elements 15

I decided to try the Elements 15 plug-in since 2018 & 2015 are substantially identical.

Since I did not elect to install the Elements 15 plug-in during installation I consulted the Sharpen manual which instructed me to manually copy the the plug-in into the Photoshop Plug-in Folder.

Then I am instructed to Open Plug-ins Folder on the Start Screen. ( I can't find this!!). Windows Explorer will then open with all available Photoshop plug-ins. I have downloaded the plug-in so I don't have to do this.

I now am told to drag & drop the correct plug-in ( if 15 works for 2018!) into the Photoshop folder which I should find through Programs--Adobe--Adobe Photoshop---Plug-ins.

I can not find this path.

I can get to plug-ins via Program Files(x86)---Adobe---Elements 10 Organizer--Plug-Ins

But I can find no Elements 2018 Organizer file. to follow through to Plug-ins

I have nowhere to place the downloaded plug-In.
