Install PSE 2021 on new computer

Suis-je à la bonne place? Je veux récupérer mon Adobe Phtoshop Élément 2021 que j'avais acheté . J'ai changé d'ordinateur  mais je n'arrive pas à récupérer mon logiciel De plus, il n'y a plus de place pour insérer mon CD. Je ne sais plus quoi faire.

Use an external disc drive or copy the installation file to a flash drive on a computer with a disc drive.

If you registered it thru adobe it's in your adobe account.
