Installatie PSE 2025 niet voorbij 2%

Ik heb vandaag Photoshop Elements 2025 gekocht bij Bol.com en via Adobe een installatiecode gekregen. Deze op mijn laptop gebruikt en dat gaat binnen 5 minuten goed. Daarna wilde ik mijn 2e licentie gebruiken op mijn desktop, maar daar gaat de installatie niet verder dan 2% en krijg ik stelselmatig de melding dan 'er geen verbinding meer is met het netwerk'. Alle tips (oa bij foutcode 81) vervangen, daarna een nieuwe UTP kabel aangesloten, een netwerktest van Ziggo uitgevoerd (935Mbps op de desktop) maar nog steeds gaat de installatie niet verder dan 2%. In Taakbeheer heb ik alle Adobe-installatieprogramma's verwijderd maar ook dat helpt niet. Wat doe ik fout of waar ik voorbij kijk.

Na contact met Ziggo is een reboot van mijn modem gedaan en is het probleem opgelost, ik heb nu PSE 2025 op mijn desktop én op mijn laptop. Problem solved.
