installation problems with Adobe Photoshop Elements 10

I had photoshop elements 10 on my old laptop and recently got a new mac, I tried to download the program from adobe's website but the .dmg file will not let me install the program and keeps saying there's an error and to move it to the trash folder.

any ideas?
