Installing Camera Raw 16.2 for PSE 2023 on Mac OS 14.4.1 Sonoma

I'm running Sonoma 14.4.1 on my Mac Mini, Apple M1 with 16GB of memory with a 1.5TB hard drive.  I have Photoshop Elements 2023 but I cannot update my Camera Raw 14.4.0 to 14.5 OR 16.2. I've closed PSE 2023 before installing and it still comes up with Camera Raw 14.4.0 no matter what I do. Ideas?
