Installing Elements 11

I brought Elements 11 in the form of a disc, now have a laptop with no disc drive and want to install it. how do i install it using the serial number on the box?

Hi,

You can download Elements from following link as per your PSE version and OS requirement:

Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

Use the same serial number for activation as given on your box.

They certainly don't make it simple do they. the page you led me too helped a little as i finally managed to download elements15 which gave me the option of typing in the serial number for products i already have. however just my luck it didn't recognize the serial number.

If your serial number is for version 11, it won't work for version 15.

Click on Photoshop Elements 11 to download version 11:

was getting confused because when i clicked on the Elements 11 it dropped down a list of different languages. there was nothing there that looked anything like a download here button. its the Document 1of2 and 2of2 i needed to click on.
