When I try to install the NIK suite to PSE 2021 I get a message to close PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe. Can't figure out how to do that.

What problem are you having? If the PSE2021 process is still open even after closing the program, go to Task Manager and End Task from there. If you don't know what I am talking about, reboot your computer and start the NIK install again.
