My paid for PSE 14 would never download. I was told if I downloaded the trial PSE15 and then entered my PSE 14 serial number, that would work. It now says I have an invalid serial number. I know I am entering the correct serial number. Isn't there a way to upgrade without paying the price all over again?

If you are unable to download PSE 14, please use link Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 for the same.

This is incorrect. PSE 15 requires its own serial number for activation which is independent of any previous version. Trying this would always give you invalid serial number error.

Your version 14 serial number won't work on version 15. Who told you it would?
Do you have a 64 Bit computer as required?
What operating system?
Did you try to download for the correct operating system?
Where was it purchased from?
Try downloading from here:

Hi Bob,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes I have a 64 bit operating system. Windows 10 and yes, I tried that download twice and both times it just hung up at 997 mg. I purchased my PSE14 from the adobe website last April.
I will try to download again.
Guess I got incorrect feedback from the forum on using my serial number with PSE15.
