Is a licence key connected to the language of photoshop elements?

Hi

Is any licence key connected to the language of photoshop elements (2020) for windows, or if I buy a licence key, can I download/use any possible language?

Photoshop Elements is available for any possible combination of specific language and operating system.

Hi

In the meanwhile, I bought a licence key for Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 (1x, Windows, DE), and guess what... I can't enter it.

It consists of alpha-numeric letters (like 8S8C-IZ5W-...), but the dialog would let me only enter digits. What is wrong with this picture?

What you have is not a license key, it's a redemption code. Follow the explanations of the 'learn more' button.

Well, this 'learn more' links me only to https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/invalid-revoked-serial-numbers.html which is absolutely not helpful.

I only got following information from the reseller (stating it is Adobes instructions!): in order to redeem the code, go to www.adobe.com/go/elements-esd and enter the code. But all it would show me is a lovely dowload page for photoshop elements, which I of course already have downloaded and installed (trial version). So, back to square one.

What can I do?
