Is Elements 2020 compatible with Windows 11?

I recently got Windows 11 on my computer. Now, I am having a few issues with Photoshop Elements 2020. Is there an update I need? Thanks.

PSE 2020 is not supported with any updats anymore.  Adobe supports the most recent and just one previous version.   Any "updates" or fixes for earlier versions are user generated, meaning, Adobe is not goint to update pse 2020 with any fixes for compatibility with newer OS's. 

You really need to provide more information other than just "issues"-- specifics, with full screenshots (not taken with a phone) of  when the issues occure is the way to get help.
