Is it possible to downgrade from Elements 2019 to 2018?

Hi all

i've been using Photoshops for quite some time now and recently i bought Elements 2019. I was not aware of the need to have an Adobe ID and if i had known, i would've bought Elements 2018 straight away.

I've tried to ask this question using the Chat function, but most likely it was a bot i was talking to. So that's why i ask the question here.

I would like to downgrade to 2018, cause i'm not happy with the Adobe ID thing. Is there a possibility to do this?

Thanks in advance!

Peter

You would need an Adobe ID to install Elements 2018 too.

oh haha, that's a dissapointment then..

Elements is all pimped up and shiny, but imho it does not work as intuitively as the earlier version.

Thanks for your answer Greg!

Agreed, they have really "dumbed it down" for the more casual user.  I avoid all the "bloat-ware" automated stuff and just use the "Expert" mode in the Editor.
