Is it possible to load disc of PS Elements 14 to Mac Big Sur v11

I own two disc PS Elements 14 and Lightroom 6 which i am unable to install on my new Mac Big Sur. I do not have the finances to pay a monthly subscription. is there a way i can upload the versions

No... Apple has been 64bit only starting with Catalina

Check the latest 2021 versions to see if they are compatible
