I would like to update my photoshop elements, but for security reasons, I want to do it with a prepaid credit card, but I do not want to have problems in which there is some confusion. It's possible?

Elements is a one-off purchase (not subscription) so it should be possible for major card issuers like Visa and Mastercard. But check with your card provider to ensure on-line purchases are supported and you are not restricted to stores & ATMs.
Adobe usually requires the card to be registered in the same country/region where the purchase is being made.
