Is there a limit to the free Adobe Stock assets for PSE users?

In  FB group someone was asking about a limit of using Adobe Stock assets in pse.  In particular they were under the impression there was a limit of downloads for each 24 hour period.

I just added 11 adobe stock assets to 11 different canvas's and had no issues. 

Is there a limit of how many free Adobe Stock assets a PSE user can use?

Hi Glenn I don’t think there is any limit when using stock photos within PSE assuming reasonable usage. There is a daily limit when downloading free assets from Adobe Stock in a web browse but it may depend on file type. I recently downloaded some motion graphics (.MOGRT) to import into PRE and had reached the daily limit after three downloads. No doubt this reduces undue pressure on the servers. For much wider use it is necessary to buy stock credits. It is also necessary to have credits to use generative A.I.

I jsut can't find anything in writing--- it's very simliar to the EULA for PSE-- there isn't one specifically for pse- but "things are assumed" based up various other eluas for other adobe products.
