I was importing photos from my iPhone to my Elements Album, using Get Photos and Videos from Camera and Card Reader. For somer reason the import was hanging on a photo so I finally clicked the Stop button. Unfortunately delete after importing was checked and for some reason the software decided that a Stop would result in deleting all of the photos, regardless of whether they were processed or not. So now I have losts many photo because they never got imported into my album, yet were deleted from my iPhone.
Is there any way to go about getting my photos back?

iPhones save deleted files for 30 days, I believe.
On your phone, go to the Photos app. View Albums, and at the bottom of the list should be a Recently Deleted section. Select it and the deleted photos should appear on your screen.
Tap the Select button at the top of the screen and you should then be given a choice to Recover All. Hope this helps.

There are a number of (somewhat expensive) software utilities that can recover deleted data from an iPhone. Here is one you can try. The free trial will only recover a single photo for you, but it will probably let you know whether it can recover other deleted photos. If it can, you will have to pay the full price. Only you can judge whether the cost is worth it.
The longer you wait, the more difficult it will likely be to recover the photos.

As Greg says the photos should be in camera roll or the photos app (deleted photos) unless deleted directly from internal storage.
