Is there a way to stop PSE 15's Organizer from changing/loosing focus?

Currently evaluating PSE 15 as anreplacement for Picasa 3.9.

When I work in the Organizer, it keeps altering the focus of the images-display, making it very jumpy for the way I like to work.

For example, if I double click on an image, and the return back to the images-list, the current photo is focused at the top of the images-display. If I have small zoom factor, this makes it very difficult to keep visual track of where I am.

To show what I mean, I have created a video here:

I think this behaviour is 'as designed'. You are supposed to browse in top - down order.

When you quit 'zoomed out' view back to grid view, your image is shown on the top row with a white check mark on blue background which is visible enough for me in the bottom right corner of the thumbnail.

You also can use the 'Full view' browsing (F11 shortcut) with the filmstrip displayed.

Also, if you use the shortcut Ctrl D to switch from 'adaptative grid' view to 'detailed' view, you first select your image before zooming, then when coming back to detailed view, the focus is clearly shown by the checkmark AND the grey background.
