Is there an online version of Photoshop?

I am a Graphic Arts teacher, and our school district is currently in the process of moving towards every student having their own laptop. My school owns the licenses for 30 computers for Photoshop Elements 11.0. Is there a way for me to continue using Photoshop on an online platform?

Currently you can only access Photoshop Elements on your desktop.

However you can visit Online Photo Editor – Free Photoshop Online | Photoshop.com for the image editing workflows online.
