Is there anyway to deactivate a license of elements 2024 from a formatted pc?

i have a code of adobe photoshop elements 2023 , i activated it on both my laptop and pc.

but one time i formated my pc without knowing i need to deactivate the code from the pc.

i went to my activated products page and nothing shows up.

i cant reach with any employe, no live chat, no email.

is there any way i can deactivate the code so i can use it on my pc again

Nop, you are basically out of luck.  Adobe changed their policy on this early June of last year. 

Since it doesn't show up in your Adobe Products that usually means it was purchased from a place like the Microsoft store OR you purchased it using a different email address.

Even if you registered it, there is no longer a way to deactivate non-subscription products from your Adobe account.

Glenn 86753090 is correct.  The only way to deactivate from the computer it is installed on. 

You might try to reinstall on the PC and see if it can be deactivated.  The activation is tied to hardware, not software.

You can try contacting Elements support by going to the Contact Adobe Support page. (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen) Make sure you are signed into your Adobe account and try typing Agent when the chat window opens. (If you use my link, the chat window should open automatically.)  Depending on what area of the world you live in, Adobe Support may not have been available over the weekend.  I can't imagine that Support can't help you.  Please let us know if they don't.
