I recently had to switch to PSE 11 from my ancient PSE 2 because I upgraded to Win 10 and PSE 2 doesn't work in 10. There is an issue with PSE 11, though. If I have the program maximized and I click on the very edge of the screen (any edge, top, bottom, left, right), it drops out of 11 and to whatever program is under it. This is VERY annoying. It is as though the apparently full screen view is missing some pixels at the edge that allow me to click on whatever is beneath it. This only happens in PSE 11, not Firefox or whatever.
This is on a new Windows 10 machine running a U28E590 monitor. Settings says the display is 1090p but advanced settings says it's running at 4k. The video card is a 3080.
