OK, I admit it, I am a newbie but we all have to start somewhere.
A few years ago I purchased a new Windows 7 64 bit Laptop that came bundled with a group of PC applications which included Photoshop Elements 10. Back then I did not have a use for PSE 10 so I simply stuck it on the shelf and pretty much forgot about it. However I recently purchased a new DSLR Camera and wish to get a little more creative with my photography so I installed PSE 10 on my laptop and bought several books in an effort to learn how to use the program. I find it a bit cumbersome but I am working my way through it. One of the problems that I am experiencing is at the top of the screen it gives me the opportunity to create an Adobe account or log into an existing account. I have tried to create an account but my system just hangs there on the page that says "Creating your account" I have tried doing it several times with the same results each time. I have even started the process and then went to eat my dinner and returned over an hour later and my system is still hung. Also, when I click on "Help" nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? I have also tried to log in to an existing account with the same results. I do not receive an error but the system just seems to hang there forever.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
