Jag har nyligen installerat Photoshop Elements 2023 och organiseraren kan jag inte öppna/expandera "Arkiv, Alternativ, Sök" med mera. Det händer ingenting när jag klickar på dem. Jag får heller inga valmöjligheter om högerklickar på en bild.

Something may be getting lost in the translation of your post.  Can you please show us a screenshot of the menu you are unable to use?

What OS are you using?

If you are using Windows, do you have the OS set to autohide the taskbar?  If so, turn that off and you should be able to use all menus.

What is your screen size and resolution?
