Just bought and will not download

I downloaded photoshop elements 15 and when I try to open it i get this message: “PhotoshopElements_15_LS30_win64.exe” because no available application can open it."

That's a Mac error message.

You're downloading the Windows version (.exe file) of Elements. You need the Mac version.

Download the Mac version (.dmg file) from

Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

Hopefully you did not inadvertently buy the Windows version when you thought you were buying the Mac version.

Seems to happen a lot with Elements. Purchased Windows Version but I need Mac Product
