Just purchase Photoshop Elements 15 [It's now on sale for much less than I paid. Can I get a rebate?]

Just purchase Photoshop Elements 15 on November 8, 2016. Loving it but now I see it's on sale for 1/2 price of what I paid. Canadian dollar exchange also on top of that.

Do you think there any of getting a rebate since is less that 1 month.
