ich arbeite mit Photoshop Elements 2020 seit 2 Jahren. . Leider kann ich nun

keine leere Dateien öffnen. Können Sie mir bitte bei der Behebung des Fehlers

weiterhelfen?

We're sorry to hear about the trouble experienced with Photoshop Elements 2020.

What are the system's specifications? Can you please help us to understand what exactly do you mean by being unable to open "empty" files? Do you mean blank new files? Are you able to work with old files? Would you mind updating Photoshop Elements to the latest version? Since when are you seeing this issue?

We're here to help, just need more info.
