I'm trying to use my photoshop Elements editor and it's requiring login and registration of key.  I put in the key and it's saying it's invalid.  This is Elements 19 license.  The organizer seems to work fine but when I try to bring up editor it insists I login to Adobe and register the software.  The software comes up saying it's Elements 2021.

This may be related to registered on another machine but that machine died.   How do I unregister that machine if indeed it's registered?  I don't see any devices listed under activated devices.
