Licensed Element to new PC

My older PC is dead and I'm not sure how I can get my Photoshop Element I had to my new PC.

Hi,

You can download the installer of Photoshop elements from here : Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

Then you simply need to enter your serial key by going to Help menu -> Sign in
