Links in PDF files not opened correctly on iPhones

New Here ,
Feb 18, 2019 Feb 18, 2019

I created a file in Photoshop Elements which included a website address. When I saved it as a PDF, a link was automatically added. I have tested this in several browsers on a Windows desktop PC and the link opens correctly (and when I copy the link URL, I can see it is formatted correctly).

However, when I click on the same link on my iPhone, I receive an error in Safari because the URL includes the last letter of the preceding word, hence twww.

What is going wrong?

Try using a valid and complete URL, in may make a difference. A URL to a web site must start http:// or https://

anything else is going to involve guesswork.
