Liquify isnt available

I just installed PSE 2026 and besides it crashing multiple time-very irritating because of losing lots of work done on photots and having to start all over!  Furthur annoying because I keep saving my work multiple times a session just so I wont have to start at the beginning again!  Besides that- I dont NOT see the Liquify anywhere in filters, and I also used to Windows menu to chose options as I watched multiple videos on it.

Does anyone else have this issue with the newer version.  Wishing I didnt pay for the upgrade as my other ones worked better and barely ever crashed

I do not have any problems with my PSE 2026. And, the Liquify tool is found in the Filter menu. Filter>Distort>Liquify.

Please give us a screenshot of the Edit>Preferences>Performance dialog.
