Hallo zusammen,
Was nun?
The support team who answer the German telephone number will speak in German.
The hours for Support Chat on the European site may also be limited. Perhaps that is why the Contact Us button is not active when you attempted to contact them. Did you try during business hours in Germany?

You can start an online chat session with Adobe Support by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Support menu at Adobe.com. Or you can contact Support by telephone using the numbers listed here. The hours of service vary depending on what region you are in.
If the problem you are experiencing is that you have already used up your license activation on two machines and you are unable to sign out of one of them because you no longer have the old computer, then Support will be able to deactivate all of your licenses. Make sure you tell them that you only need to deactivate the old computer.

Hello Greg!
Thanks for your reply :)))
I found the build button and clicked on it. It turns gray but nothing else happens. Not on the German Adobe website and also not on the United States website. My English is not so good for a telephone inquiry so I wanted to use the chat. But it does not work 😞
