Anybody?? Any suggestions? Tech support is NOT helping. So I know there are several posts throughout the help areas for this error. I have an HP laptop running windows 10 and an AMD graphics card, no updates pending. Laptop is older but still current and up to date. I have gone into the windows power settings and changed the global settings on high performance for both battery and power, I went into the AMD setup and added all the Elements applications in on high performance. I uninstalled Elements 2020 and re-installed it. Rebooted my computer before touching anything.
I am able to open the program and successfully register it with the serial number but after registration it goes to the LoadLibrary error and refuses to run. The organizer will run and I was able to import a directory of photos.
Help? Very frustrating after just paying to buy the application.
