Locate a photo

How can I find my photos with given caption names?  I am searching for Aaron Marlowe and know there are photos with this caption, or part of it, but I keep getting "no records found."  I can't find any popup menu with "search by caption" which I have seen mentioned here.  I am using Elements 2021.1.

Use the Search bar at the top of the screen and enter your caption text.  It will find any photos with that caption.

And just to be clear, you are talking about a true caption that is visible in the Info panel or at the bottom of an image in Full Screen View, yes?
