[Locked] PSE 14 Aktivierung nach PC-Wechsel nicht möglich

Obwohl ich PSE 14 auf meinem alten Computer deaktiviert und deinstalliert habe kann ich die SW auf meinem neuen Computer nicht aktivieren. Ich habe die SW neu aus meiner Adobe ID heruntergeladen und auch die entsprechende Seriennummer verwendet. Ich bekomme die Meldung "Diese Seriennummer für Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 konnte nicht überprüft werden. Wenden Sie sich an den Support." Was kann ich tun, um die neu installierte SW zu aktivieren?

Den alten PC habe ich längst auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt und verkauft. Die SW PSE 14 habe ich neu aus meiner Adobe ID heruntergeladen und auch die zugeordnete Seriennummer verwendet.
