Looking into window

I have a pic of someone and a pic looking from inside - out a window.  How do I combine the two to make it look like the person is outside looking into the window?

  1. Open the background picture
  2. Open the picture with the clown, and select the clown with the magnetic lasso tool
  3. Go to Edit>copy, open the background picture again, then Edit>paste. Position the clown with the move tool and resize with the corner handles of the bounding box.
  4. With the magnetic lasso tool, select a portion of the venetian blind, go to edit>copy, then Edit paste.
  5. Activate the move tool and position the blind over the clown. The venetian blind will come in on a separate layer. Reduce the

These are not the two actual picture I will use since right now it is just an idea I have - but the process should be the same - to cut out and paste the face from one picture and make it look like it is outside looking in the window.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide
