Loss of the transformation function in Elements15

After several years using Elements 10, I bought Elements 15 in order to have compatibilty with my new PC featurind a UHD screen and Windows 10. I had the bad surprise to discover that, under the "image" tab of the Editor, the menu is complete but the option "transform" is is light grey, meaning that it is not available: impossible to make corrections of perspective, or torsions. Also, within "rotation" menu, "customized rotation" is also lost.

How come such options available freely in Elements 10 are lost?

Make sure your in the Expert mode
