I recently had complaints about my PSE 14 not working right. After uninstalling the program I downloaded PSE 14 and reinstalled it. Things were fine for a little while. Now the newly installed program is doing the same thing as before. AND YES I AM ANGRY! I'm editing one of my photos. I'm making several saves along the way. After AT LEAST 1 HOUR of editing I go to save the image for a final time. Then the problem starts. First, the save box starts flashing and nothing can be saved. After I get rid of that box I try again. This time the save box doesn't flash but NOTHING HAPPENS! NOTHING CAN BE DONE Period! The software will not let me click on save or file or the symbles to make the page smaller or anything else. It's like the screen is frozen. The only way to get out of PSE is to shut down my computer. NOW I'M MAD! My photograph is GONE. An hour's worth of work is gone. Oh, the original image is still there but not the edited one! I have to start all over again tomorrow. I am using Windows 10.
