lost serial number, elements 13

I Purchased Elements 113 when it came out but never registered it. I am switching to a new computer, I'd like to install it but all I have is the disc, no serial number. How can I recover it?

I have the same problem. I bought Elements 13 in March '15 from Amazon and due to an accident had to re-instal it. I no longer have the serial number, and though Adobe knows who I am-email and password-they insist I have proof of purchase. I can retrieve the invoice from Amazon but cant get up for spending another hour waiting for online help and then being denied use of my own disc! It seems to take about 30 minutes before the chat session  gets underway.
