Mac Pro Elements 2020 Panel Not Working

I am in the Quick edit mode. I click on adjustments and the panel is blank. The other ones: Effects, Textures, Frames, they are also blank. I can't edit my photo from the panel?? Anyone know how to help? Can I remove the program and redownload it? Thanks for your help.

Change to Expert Mode.
