Attempted to import approximately 1000 pictures stored in Pictures App.  To my amazement when done I had imported over 2000 files with most pictures duplicated 3 or 4 times.  How can I correct this?

Hi,

Can you please check in the Organizer application the following, and revert with your observation:

Pick any two duplicates in the grid and check if their names are same. To check the name of the file-

  • click on first file to select it (blue bounding box appears around selected image).
  • Open Information panel on the right side.
  • Under General accordion, compare the Name , Date and location fields of this image with that of it's duplicate image.

Are these same for both the images or different?

You can provide me the screenshots in case you aren't able to compare the two.

Thanks

Arshla Jindal
