I downloaded (from Adobe's website) Photoshop Elements trial. Tried to install on my Dell XPS 8940 (Win11). Got an error: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable". Rebooted. Tried to install again. Got a 501 error. Hunted around on the web. Found a post (Google search) that suggested I needed to install Creative Cloud first. Downloaded and attempted to install Creative Cloud. Got an error: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." Clicked CANCEL in dialog box and the install proceeded. Tried to restart Creative Cloud and got a "189" error as it was trying to update. Clicked on my originally downloaded "PhotoshopElements_2022_LS30_win64.exe" file. Again, tried to install but failed. Got an error again (can't remember what it said).
It's not a particularly good look when your trial software fails to install or you need to install another program just to install the trial. Certainly turned me off. Is there a simple solution?

Hi there,
We understand your concern. Let's try to set up the trial.
Please check the steps from here and try to get started: https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements/free-trial.html.
Which version of the operating system are you using? Does your system meet the minimum requirements? (Check here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/system-requirements/older-versions.html#:~:text=64-bit%20....) Please share a screenshot/ recording if the steps mentioned in the article don't work. Happy to help!
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Ranjisha
