Hello, i know this is not the first thread about the maximum number of installation reached, but the solutions for other theads are "contact an agent", or "contact the support", but at the present day there are no support options for my problem into the support section
I purchased years ago Photoshop Elements 14 and installed in some old machine. Recently i upgraded my pc and totally erased everything from the old, photoshop included.
Now i cannot do a fresh install because i get the error about the maximum number of installation reached, but if i go into the "Activated-device" section in my profile the list is empty ( https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices ), so i cannot log out from anything
How i can solve this?
thank you

Please go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:

The 'support'' section means that you have to reach the Adobe help staff by chat or phone as described in the many posts you have already read. Were you able to get in touch with them ?
You absolutely can't deactivate computers from your Adobe account. What you are referring to is for customers with a subscription, that's not applicable to perpetual licence softwares like Elements.

but i really cannot find any phone or chat into the support section, all i can find is tons of guides that links to other guides without giving me a chat or anything

Thank you for your answer!
Look like i denied the cookie consent the first time and the chat pop up didn't show up
i fixed it using an incognito window, and i could chat with an agent. After a few issues a second agent could fix my issue and i'm now using my software
Thank you all for your help!
