There is no Tools in Organizer because there is nothing to edit in Organizer.  You need to launch the Editor which can be done from Organizer by clicking on the link at the bottom of the screen in Media tab.  See this picture:

Please post a screenshot of what exactly are you getting and also explain clearly what are you trying to do in Organizer.

Also note that installing and reinstalling rarely solved anything unless you know what you are doing.  So don't waste your time doing it as it might corrupt something else on your machine.

On the top of the work screen the file, edit, find, view or help buttons will hi-light but no open. also the import button wouldn't open also the share and create will not work. plus when I go to places it doesn't being up the map
